Welcome to the PHP Foundation community venue! Our space is available for hire to community groups, organisations, and individuals who share our passion for bringing people together.
By hiring our venue, your donation directly supports our community programs and initiatives.
A $200 refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.
The deposit covers any damage to the property or failure to clean the space after use
Your deposit will be returned in full once the venue has been inspected and found in satisfactory condition
Deductions will be made for any damage or cleaning required
Room hire only
Access to the space for your nominated hire period
Flexible layout to suit your event or activity
Hirers are responsible for cleaning up after themselves — please leave the space as you found it
All rubbish must be removed or placed in designated bins
Furniture must be returned to its original position
No damage to walls, floors, or fixtures
Hirers are responsible for the conduct of all guests during the hire period

4. Pay your donation fee and security deposit to secure your booking
The PHP Foundation is a not-for-profit community organisation. All venue hire fees are received as donations supporting our community programs.
